OFFICIAL RULES: AMERICA'S NEXT TOP POD

1. GENERAL OVERVIEW

America's Next Top Pod is a competition designed to discover and launch new podcast creators. The competition will be filmed and documented from November 1, 2025, to February 1, 2026. All competitors will produce their podcasts from our studio in Round Rock, Texas, utilizing our production and studio resources.

2. REGISTRATION AND ENTRY

To be officially entered into the competition, all applicants must register by the specified deadline. By registering, you agree to these Official Rules and the terms and conditions outlined herein. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to accept or deny any application.

3. COMPETITION STRUCTURE & PRIZES

The competition features three levels of recognition:

First Place: The Top Pod Prize Package ($120,000+ Value)

One full year of professional production support.

A custom-built podcast funnel for marketing and growth.

Managed distribution to all major podcast platforms.

Second Place: The Pro Pod Prize Package ($60,000+ Value)

Six months of professional production support.

A custom-built podcast funnel.

Managed distribution.

Third Place: The Next Pod Prize Package ($30,000+ Value)

Three months of professional production support.

A custom-built podcast funnel.

Managed distribution.

4. JUDGING & WINNER SELECTION

Each podcast produced during the competition will be published and featured on the Motivate Talks Official YouTube channel, which will be shared with each competitor for promotional purposes.

The competitor whose podcast accumulates the most overall views on the Motivate Talks Official YouTube channel by March 30, 2026, will be deemed the official winner of the competition. Second and third place will be awarded to the competitors with the next-highest number of overall views, respectively. The decision of Motivate Talks is final and binding in all matters related to the competition.

5. LIABILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

All production and studio time for the competition is included as part of the prize packages. However, we are not liable for any legal, financial, or medical incidents that may occur during the filming, production, or duration of the competition.

By entering, competitors agree to release and hold harmless Motivate Talks and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or in connection with the competition. All competitors are responsible for their own personal expenses and insurance.
